Is there actually any need for this category? Our map of
Mosquito ringtone Geography of Cambodia doesn't show any lakes other than the Tonle Sap, and I can't think of any others which we are likely to have articles on.

For example, Lakes of Cambodia should be parented to Cambodia and to Lakes by Country, without the category, you can't treat the Lakes by county correctly.
